The Marie Curie Cancer Care Research Programme 2011 call for research proposals in end of life care is now open. Marie Curie Cancer Care has committed up to £1 million to fund high quality palliative care research that has the potential to improve end of life care for those with cancer and/or other advanced progressive life-threatening conditions and that maximises the benefits for patients, their carers and families. The deadline for proposals is 8 April 2011.
